Slide and Poster Design for Non-Designers In-Person
You don't have to be a graphic designer to make better PowerPoint slides and research posters. Librarian Jessica Hagman will share strategies that you can use to get away from standard templates and make your visuals help you share your ideas.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Select and implement custom color and font-schemes in Power Point
- Locate high quality imagery for use in presentations
- Edit photos and other elements within slides
- Ensure that your files can be easily shared when it's time to present
We recommend bringing your own device and a current presentation that you would like to develop, if you have one. Ohio University students without PowerPoint currently on their devices can download it for free in advance of the workshop.
