Did you know?

♦ Alden Library Group Study Rooms are limited to current Faculty, Staff and Students of OHIO University.  A valid OHIO University ID is required to check out a key to a room.

♦  Study rooms may only be used by groups of two or more.

♦ Groups (not each individual in the group) may reserve a room for a maximum of 3 hours in a 24-hour period.

♦ Groups may make reservations up to 2 weeks in advance.

♦ Available rooms are designated in green.

Reserved your study room already?

♦  Please visit the library service desk on the floor where the room is located to check out the room key. 

♦ At 15 minutes after the start time of the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled if a room key is not checked out or the group has not checked in with the library service desk on the floor where the room is located.

♦  If there are no succeeding reservations or requests for use after a group's time period has expired, the same group may renew the key and reserve the room for an additional hour by visiting the library service desk on the floor where the room is located.

♦  Please clean up after yourself.

♦ Please report problems to the nearest library service desk.
